Update to criminal justice stakeholders: August 2022

The letter introduces Nick Goodwin as CEO of HMCTS to our partners across the criminal justice system. It provides an update on the agency’s work and the latest position in Crown and magistrates’ courts as the justice system recovers from the impacts of coronavirus (COVID-19).
