We’re very sorry that customers are experiencing intermittent difficulties with several of our web services today (8 July).
Please bear with us, we would like to reassure you that our team is working hard to investigate and resolve the issues.
If you are unable to wait for services to resume and need to file today, you can file by paper emailing forms@ipo.gov.uk.
Bank transfers are unaffected but at present some of our payment options are unavailable. You can continue to pay cash, by cheque and by bank transfer.
