Nutrient pollution: Direction to Natural England on strategic mitigation schemes

Direction from the Secretary of State for the Environment, Food and Rural Affairs to Natural England to establish strategic mitigation schemes to deliver nutrient neutral development.
This Direction comes into force with immediate effect and expires on 31 December 2030. It may be subject to review at any time.
