Lord Evans' response to Nick Thomas-Symonds MP

Shadow Home Secretary, Nick Thomas-Symonds MP, wrote to Lord Evans asking CSPL to undertake an investigation into allegations that the Home Secretary breached the Ministerial Code in relation to bullying and harassment. Lord Evans responded making clear that the CSPL is not a regulator and cannot undertake investigations into individual cases.
