Essential maintenance to Companies House online services

All Companies House online services will be unavailable from 8am to 8pm on Sunday 15 May 2022.
This includes our services to:
apply for more time to file your accounts
pay a late filing penalty
appeal a late filing penalty
object to a company being struck off
Our Find and update company information service will be available, but all filing submissions will be queued and processed as usual after 8pm.
