The Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities has published a letter to the British Insurance Brokers’ Association (BIBA) on the outcomes of the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) and Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) report from their review into the buildings insurance market for multi-occupancy buildings.
