Building (Amendment) Regulations 2021: circular 01/2021

The purpose of this Circular is to draw attention to:
the fact that the amendments apply to buildings and building work in England
the amendments and explain the changes they make to the Building Regulations 2010
the publication of amendments to Approved Documents F, volumes 1 and 2; and L, volumes 1 and 2, and the new Approved Document O
the transitional provisions which apply to individual buildings.
The changes made by these regulations apply in England.
These amendment regulations come into effect on the 15 June 2022.
