We’re all aware of the inefficiencies that are plaguing transaction times, and ProConveyancing is here to provide a solution.
ProConveyancing, a residential conveyancing firm based in Berkshire with a national footprint, is launching today after receiving its license from the Council for Licensed Conveyancers. The Firm is backed by the Past President of NAEA Propertymark, Mark Bentley, joining the Firm as Strategic Development Director and bringing with him 40+ years of experience in the property market.
With high quality, speed and sensible pricing as its primary objectives, ProConveyancing is launching as a fully online residential conveyancing service focused on England and Wales. The Firm’s aim is to decrease the time for property transactions to complete, providing an app to speed up the process with integrated e-signatures, document storage and case progress tracking to its customers.
“I’m very excited to be involved in the launch of this firm”, states Mark Bentley, Strategic Development Director at ProConveyancing. “We’re all aware of the inefficiencies that are plaguing transaction times, and ProConveyancing is here to provide a solution. By encouraging clients to instruct us as soon as they start to think about moving, and through using the latest technology, we can greatly improve property transaction speed.”
Joining ProConveyancing as its Head of Legal Practice is Hayley Hellon, bringing 20+ years experience and having held senior positions at several leading conveyancing firms. On the news of the Firm’s launch, Hayley Hellon added, “The landscape in the conveyancing market today means you typically have to pick between whether a conveyancer is fast, affordable or provides high quality. As we launch, our focus is to combine all three, made available through using technology at every step of the conveyancing process.”
Legal Solutions Group (LSG), a US-based LegalTech Company, is also participating in the launch. Entering its 18th year in business and having provided legal technology to Fortune 500 companies such as Coca-Cola, IBM and Nike, LSG will provide ProConveyancing with bespoke applications and solutions as its technology partner.
