Its unique benefit at this critical time in the UK, is the fact that LusioMATE can be used remotely by both patients and clinicians via telehealth.

Lusio Rehab is excited that its game changing physical therapy product LusioMATE is now available as a rehabilitation device for patients in the UK, via its UK operation, Lusio UK.

LusioMATE’s wearable gaming controller, and App based gaming ecosystem, combines the everyday need for physical therapy with FUN and engaging game play. Its unique benefit at this critical time in the UK, is the fact that LusioMATE can be used remotely by both patients and clinicians via telehealth, Zoom or Skype. With the NHS being overstretched, the reduction of out-patient and community rehabilitation services, and the redeployment of clinicians restricting access to key services, LusioMATE's smart and simple therapy tech is uniquely placed to fill the gaps.

For a short overview of LusioMATE please watch the What is LusioMATE? video here.

‘Anyone who has a child or relative going through long term rehabilitation knows that they can easily become demotivated and disengaged which can in turn lead to less therapy and worse outcomes. That’s why we are delighted that we can now help these children and adults in the UK achieve their physical therapy goals and better long term outcomes in a fun way through our innovative, cost effective technology.

The fact that we have been able to launch at this critical time in the UK’s national healthcare and that we are uniquely placed to help the people who need daily therapy the most is of real comfort to us.

We have wasted no time in preparing for this moment and we are in the midst of multiple conversations with charities and clinical partners to be able to get LusioMATE out to those who will benefit from it.’

LusioMATE is a hardware and software ecosystem developed by Assistive Technology developer Lusio Rehab in Sydney, Australia.

Originally developed in very close partnership with families and clinicians from the Australian Cerebral Palsy Alliance, LusioMATE has spread its sphere of influence to motivating people with all manner of conditions that require daily physical therapy and rehabilitation to improve or maintain quality of life.

We're now proud to say our clients range in age from 4 to 94 years of age, with a varied personal need to move, such as:

We have a range of Charities, Allied Health providers, Hospitals and OT/Physio clinics using LusioMATE within their everyday practice internationally.
