Local housing provider Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) has announced the appointment of two Executive Directors to help deliver the organisation’s new five-year Corporate Strategy.

The social landlord welcomes Shaun Harley into the post of Executive Director of Strategy, Culture and Digital.

Shaun comes to the organisation from Homes England, where he was Director of Communications, leading on a variety of transformation, culture and people projects.

LHP has also appointed Mark Coupland as their new Executive Director of Customers. Mark has been with the organisation since 2018, and previously served as Corporate Head of Customers.

Murray Macdonald, Chief Executive of LHP, is delighted with the appointments:

“We’re excited to welcome Shaun on board as our new Executive Director of Strategy, Culture and Digital. He brings a wealth of experience to the role from his time with Homes England, and we’re delighted to add someone of his calibre to our Executive Leadership Team,” he said.

“We’re equally pleased to announce Mark’s appointment as Executive Director of Customers. In the last four years, he has delivered some tremendous achievements as our Corporate Head of Customers. This also shows our commitment to the development of our existing employees.”

LHP’s 2022-2027 Corporate Strategy, Great Homes…Strong Communities, outlines the key priorities the organisation will focus on for the next five years, based on customer and stakeholder feedback. You can read more at www.lincolnshirehp.com.
