“LHP views TECS and digital technology as a major part of delivering excellent services for all stakeholders."

Lincolnshire Housing Partnership (LHP) has been selected as a finalist in the ITEC Awards for 2022, under the Workforce Development category.

ITEC represents Innovation, Integration and Improvement using Technology Enabled Care (TEC), and these awards highlight organisations that are doing the most to deliver significant benefits for users, carers, and communities, as well as for commissioners and providers.

For this category, the social housing provider had to evidence how as an organisation it:

John O’Hanrahan, Customer Service Centre Manager said: “For the award submission, we elaborated on how LHP has focused on delivering the one team and customer first ethos and how we have worked hard creating a single, positive culture and continuously improving customer experience.

“Central to this transformation has been listening to colleagues and customers, ensuring they feel engaged and valued, and gaining insight to shape the future direction of the organisation.

“LHP views TECS and digital technology as a major part of delivering excellent services for all stakeholders, making housing, care and health more integrated, proactive and personalised.”

The awards ceremony will be held at the TEC Services Association (TSA) Gala Dinner, part of this year’s ITEC Conference, which is being held at the ICC Birmingham on Monday 28 March.
