Know ALL – World ALL Day, September 20, 2022
Published By Pressat [English], Fri, Sep 2, 2022 12:00 AM
Know ALL is a global education and awareness initiative that provides patients and caregivers with the information, resources, and support they need to deal with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL)—a rare type of leukemia in which the number of white blood cells are not controlled correctly.
On September 20, 2022, Know ALL will unite with the ALL community to raise awareness of the disease. We are asking the community to come together and get involved with our World ALL Day campaign, ‘My ALL, my story’. More information and details on how to get involved can be found in the briefing guide here.
The ALL community can make a difference on World ALL Day and beyond by sharing the resource, with or without social media. The resource highlights the different ALL subtype classifications and key questions to ask your healthcare professional. The resource is also editable, for patients to share their subtype and personal experience. If you have any questions or would like more information, please do not hesitate to get in touch via our social channels or by email.
Know ALL has a dedicated and highly experienced global ambassador group who meet regularly to guide the initiative. The ambassador group consists of patients and caregivers, patient advocates, healthcare professionals, and industry representatives. Their role is to propose awareness initiatives, provide concepts for support and education resources, share their experiences and learnings from advocacy heritage, and endorse materials before circulation among the ALL community. Know ALL is brought to you by Scientific Education Support (SES) in collaboration with the Acute Leukaemia Advocates Network (ALAN).
Know ALL owes thanks to its supporters: Amgen, Jazz Pharmaceuticals, BMS and Kite Pharma.
