To drive these critical goals, the company is using the four pillars of sustainability; employees, climate & energy, sustainable resource use and social responsibility.

John Weiss recognises that employees are our most valuable asset. We are dedicated to employee development and believe satisfied, motivated employees are the cornerstone of our company.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and ensuring we maintain a sustainable use of resources. In addition to recycling initiatives to reduce waste going into landfill, we have instigated a number of plans to decrease the amount of scrap we produce and are actively working to reduce energy consumption throughout our HQ, to minimise the impact on the environment.
