We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and ensuring we maintain a sustainable use of resources.

Harlow, UK – 15th July 2021 - Haag-Streit UK (HS-UK), recognises that sustainability is a global challenge and that there is a responsibility to help society meet its current human, social, economic and environmental needs, without compromising future generations.

Our company is using four pillars of sustainability to drive our goals; employees, climate & energy, sustainable resource use and social responsibility.

HS-UK recognises that employees are our most valuable asset. We are dedicated to employee development and believe satisfied, motivated employees are the cornerstone of our company.

We are committed to reducing our environmental impact and ensuring we maintain a sustainable use of resources. In addition to recycling initiatives to reduce waste going into landfill, we have instigated a number of plans to decrease the amount of scrap we produce and are actively working to reduce energy consumption throughout our HQ, to minimise the impact on the environment.

We are also developing a Labour Standards Policy to promote understanding and awareness of employment law and ethical standards, and to ensure that no person in any part of our supply chain is exploited or treated in a way that breaks legislation.
