First Rome Ltd. (UK) Finalises the Acquisition of eMetals Gateway Ltd. (UK)

First Rome Ltd. announced that it had finalised its eMetals Gateway Ltd. (UK) acquisition. First Rome Ltd.'s dedication to investing in undervalued businesses is shown through the transactions performed as part of this persistent commitment.

As part of the agreement, First Rome Ltd. will acquire an 85% stake in eMetals Gateway Ltd.

eMetals introduces an innovative method to invest in and trade actual metals. eMetals saw a tremendous value in the Ripple Consensus Ledger and converted metal rights into digital tokens (IOUs) on the Ripple Network.

Overall, eMetals IOUs are a representation of real-world metals. These metals are placed in a segregated account to keep the assets of customers distinct from the funds of eMetals, which is in the interests of the customers' security and privacy.

eMetals' use of blockchain technology enables the conversion of actual metals, such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and rhodium, into a liquid and modern digital asset that can be sold and traded again.

Hence, investors have been provided with an alternative paradigm of investing in and trading real metals by combining the performance of the AURUM (the LPMCL's electronic clearing system) with the transparency of an exchange-traded asset.

Besides, eMetals enables you to buy and sell gold and other metals instantly, in a secure manner, and from any worldwide location. In contrast to conventional precious metal investing, eMetals Gateway does not charge storage or maintenance costs, which may depreciate the value of precious metals.

Domen Zavrl, the managing director of First Rome Ltd., expressed his enthusiasm over the completion of the transaction: “We’re excited to complete this acquisition. Our goal is to provide financial and operational resources to grow eMetals business and execute on a successful strategic plan.”
