Equiduct announces appointment of Stephen Jarvis as CFO

London, 17 March 2022: Equiduct, the pan-European retail exchange, announced today the appointment of Stephen Jarvis as Chief Financial Officer. Stephen joins the company at a crucial moment in their growth trajectory and brings with him a wealth of experience.

Stephen Jarvis is a growth-oriented CFO and has guided companies through key stages in their lifecycle: capital raise, growth, sale and integration. His 10-year tenure at Carbon Clear, and then EcoAct, culminated in the integration of EcoAct into a Paris listed technology company, Atos. Prior to that, Stephen enjoyed a 13-year career in the City as an analyst and fund manager at Lansdowne Partners, UBS Global Asset Management and Morgan Stanley.
