Since the company was founded in 2008, it has focused primarily on delivering employment law services to SMEs throughout the UK, but over the last 12 months the business has increasingly been serving individuals as well as SMEs and has decided to broaden its service offering to meet this increase in demand.

A desire to more accurately represent what the company does for the broader client base it now serves is what prompted the decision to make this name change and the company believes the new name effectively achieves this.
