Lenovo Recognized as one of the Best Employers for Diversity by Forbes

April 26, 2022 – Today, Lenovo was named by Forbes as one of the Best Employers for Diversity. This marks the first time Lenovo has made the annual list that recognizes companies with outstanding approaches to diversity.

To determine the Best Employers for Diversity, Forbes, in collaboration with Statista, evaluated all US companies with a minimum of 1,000 employees and their progress across all forms of workplace diversity from age, gender, ethnicity, disability, to LGBTQA+.

“It’s a huge honor for Lenovo to be recognized by Forbes as one of the Best Employers for Diversity,” said Calvin Crossin, VP, and Chief Diversity Officer, Lenovo. “It’s a testament to the work of our entire organization and our Employee Resource Groups to build an organization where everyone is welcomed and can develop their career.”

Based on responses from over 60,000 US employees, the independent survey assessed employees’ perception of their employer’s diversity programs, alongside analysis of executive representation, and published ESG or diversity reports to determine each organization’s final score.

This recognition demonstrates Lenovo’s commitment to excellence in corporate citizenship, including diversity, equity, and inclusion. It follows similar accolades bestowed on Lenovo by the Financial Times, the Bloomberg Gender Equality Index, and the Human Rights Foundation.
