The CoR, in cooperation with the European Cross-Border Citizens' Alliance members, is launching Public consultations on the Future of Cross-Border Cooperation. The results of these consultations will serve as a basis for the Resolution on the Future of Cross-Border Cooperation until 2050, which will serve as an official contribution to the Conference on the Future of Europe .

The resolution will outline concrete objectives that should be implemented by 2050 in order to remove any obstacles to cross-border cooperation and which should better the lives of European citizens living in border areas.

The consultations are now open in English, and other EU languages will be added to the same form in the course of next two weeks. The consultations will remain open until 14 March 2021.

The public consultations are available here.
