Overview of the main topics and events at the Council of EU and European Council.

EU leaders will discuss the need to strengthen the collective effort to fight the COVID-19 pandemic.
Ministers will discuss the EU role in strengthening the WHO and will be informed about the recommendation on a coordinated approach to the restriction of free movement.
Ministers will exchange views on the implementation of the 2017 action plan on non-performing loans, measures to prevent money laundering and terrorism financing, the European Semester and EU statistics. They will also hear a presentation on the 2020 annual report of the European Fiscal Board.
