Newborn blood spot screening: results to parents letter templates

An evaluation is launching on 6 September 2021 into screening for severe combined immunodeficiency (SCID) in the NHS. The evaluation will cover around two-thirds of the newborn population in England.
These are the letter templates to support the SCID screening evaluation and are provided at this stage for information. There are 2 versions of each letter depending on whether or not a baby was offered SCID screening.
