Further interim arrangement for sittings of Medway County and Family Court

The Lord Chancellor, having consulted the Lord Chief Justice, directs that Medway County and Family Court will, for a period of 16 months starting on 16th August 2021, sit at The Hilton Maidstone - Bearsted Road, Maidstone, ME14 5AA. This is in addition to sitting at the Holiday Inn Medway, which opened in June 2021.
